Contra off my lowest priced batch ($3.86) as due for payment… also contra off the next buy @ $3.93 since I subsequently bought more at $3.925 average… Bought too many too fast recently, decided to pare down a bit especially since Greece referendum on Sunday may result in more mkt volatility… Play safe, even tho' mkt fears seems to hv disappeared…:D

Suddenly saw my Qty in Buy Q at this higher price on my way for lunch…. Couldn't resist the temptation for a quick profit… Not forgetting the high Yield of ~9% (Proforma Rights) comes with an increased Gearing = 43.7%. Very similar to VIT (Yield = 9.48% ; Gearing = 43.4%), which conincidentally (?) also has Mr Tong JinQuan (Wealthy Fountain / Shanghai Summitt) having a controlling stake of >50%.
Last day cri on 3-Jul. TERP = $0.704 @ $0.81 on Monday (6-Jul)… Target to buy only if it drops beow $0.70…. 😀

After hitting a high of $3.97, it dropped to a low of $3.92. Plucked up my courage to buy more at such "high" (vs the low of $3.70 2 days ago) prices…. Worst fears is a market shift back to 6% Yield for Yield Stocks…. I'll need a lot of 5ct / Q Div to make up for Capital Losses if so.. 😀

Finally get to clear the ones I bought recently @ $1.75 & $1.755 when my itchy fingers tried out "Short" + "Short Covering" within the same day and bought too many… Quite strong today and I may clear more of my remaining lots at current prices… Gives me the option to buy back if it drops below $1.75… 😀

Reduce my stake further as +1.5ct. It may be due to the very positive report by DBSV yesterday…. Or it may be due to Private Placement soon… Or perhaps, another DPU = 2.xx ct soon… Still, I dislike Private Placements… sell down first and may consider to buy back some if it drops closer to $1.5…. 😀
