Singtel @ $3.57

Buy @ $3.57

Mkt is weak today with STI -28.33 @ 3548.74.  Singtel -4ct.

Q3 results will be out soon, est 1wk+. However, this is not a dividend Q, so, am not expecting prices to move much, assuming no earnings surprises… May be short term for this batch as I have a good base now…  😀

FCOT @ $1.52

Sell @ $1.52

Only partially done… 😀

Private Placement @ $1.48, Advanced DPU = 0.8ct.  Some Math,

Tgt Price = $1.48 + 2.4ct (DPU) + 0.8ct = $1.512

ie To be better off than placee, sell above tgt price and buy below tgt price.

KIT @ $0.585

Sell @ $0.585

Contra off my last buy.

Results on 22-Jan, nothing new… Didn’t find any mention on potential Basslink sale… Main concern is the continued decline in NAV to 29ct… Back in the days of KGT, an analyst’s report on such a concern triggered a sell-down… Will history repeat itself? Or will a larger asset base after the merger with Cityspring, with a potential Basslink sale able to circumvent such a concern?

Must have bought too many, starting to start lose sleep…. 😀

FCOT @ $1.54

Sell @ $1.54

Q118 (Dec-17) Results were released last night. DPU = 2.4ct vs 2.407ct QoQ vs  2.5055ct YoY.  A larger Capital component was observed from the DPU breakdown, providing a useful cushion to any DPU decline. NAV = $1.55.

As per my expectation, ATP (Alexandra Techno Park) occupancy dropped to ~80%  due to HP lease expiry,  impacting NPI significantly.

Altho’ FCOT continues to have the highest Yield amongst it’s asset class, I have decided to continue to sell. DPU will likely continue to decline, till the void left by HP is filled. It’ll likely be cushioned by the new UK acquisition, which is Yield Accretive, plus an increased Capital component.  Worst case, we may only see better earnings when the Hotel project and AEI at China Square is completed in mid-19. I’ll be using NAV = $1.55 as a reference to Buy / Sell.

Selling volume has appeared… Basslink sale no longer optimistic?? Nvm, another DPU 0.93ct soon… 😀

KIT @ $0.585

Buy @ $0.585

Add more at my highest buy price ever… Yield ~6.36%… 😀

Recent news are the not-so-positive ones on Basslink with Tasmania govt on the cable damage incident… Positive ones are also on Basslink potential sale…

SingPost @ $1.24

Buy @ $1.24

A failed attempt to buy @ $1.23 during 5pm matching… Add more to average down… Not expecting great resuts for Calendar Q4 but hoping it’d bottomed with the completion of SPC refurbishment… Let’s hope there’re no more downside surprises from their US investments…  😀
