A-HTrust @ $0.69

Re-entering into A-HTrust. The trigger is the Q3 (Dec-14) results released on 6-Feb, which stated that "the unwinding of CCS was completed on Oct-14". For reference DPU = 1.3ct (1.57ct w/o CCS). This gives an annualised Yield = 7.536% / 9.1% (no CCS). As DPU are paid on a semi-annual basis, I'd project next payout, Q4 (Mar-15) = 1.3ct + 1.57ct = 2.87ct or Yield = 8.32%. The Yield = 9.1% would only be attainable for Q2 (Sep-15) payout.

However, take note that A-HTrust assets are mostly overseas (85%) and the strong S$ will be punitive to the DPU. Further, A-HTrust mgmt don't have a good track record (with me), having done previous acquisitions which resulted in Share Price declines… so, have to be very watchful… 😀

Cleared all at a loss but have a tiny profit after the recent DPU = 2.83ct for the whole batch of AIMSAMPReit. Not a very successful Yield Rotation Strategy play but the key is to free up my cash as the priority wasn't to be for a longer term hold…. 😀

My only profitable batch. Suddenly +1ct today but checked KTIS & Sugar Price to be flat and can't be the reason for the optimism. Recent Quarterly results also not great…. 😀

No more left, this was my original beach-head bought last year on 21-Jul-14. Sold at a loss but make a tiny profit if I include the recent DPU = 1.29ct.  A bigger profit if I include the other DPUs collected last year.

Decided to sell as it hit my target price, as mentioned yesterday. No more left. Likely only look at it again 6mths later for next semi-annual payout… unless JPY strengthens….. 😀

Buy @ $1.68, $1.675

Results were out yesterday. EPS = 10.35ct vs 8.79ct (FY13) ; 2.15ct (Q414) vs 2.62ct (Q413). Div = 2.7ct, no change. Rather disappointing as I was expecting either an increase in Div Payout or a Bonus Issue… Decided to continue to buy on weakness and hold for longer term if need to, as this is a growth stock for me…. 😀

Less than 1000 done at $1.455, quickly sell some at $1.45 when it appeared in the Buy Q. Will make a realised loss but tiny profit after adding the DPU = 2.83ct (to be rx on 26-Mar). Still have some left of this not-so-successful Yield Rotation Play and will try to clear… worst case, wait another Q… 😀
