SembMarine @ $3.92

Buy @ $3.92

Didn't manage to execute the Yield Rotation Strategy. Decided to add more after the recent xd. Compared to the Aircraft Services stocks (STEng, SIAEC, SATS), a lower PE = 14.x vs 19 but lower Yield = 3.3% vs ~4%. 😀

SPH @ $4.13

Buy @ $4.13

Add to my collection. Can be short term or hold till their FY14 (Aug) results in Oct. 😀

Starhill Global @ $0.835

Sell @ $0.835

A chance to clear another of originally short term target during the recent Quarterly Reporting season. Sold at a loss but profit from the Div. There's a big seller lurking around, preventing it from going up and even dropped to an intraday low of $0.825 after my sell Q was cleared. Perhaps a Fund switching out… 😀

CMT @ $1.9964

Sell @ $1.99, $2.00

Cleared my last lots. Yield Rotation Strategy didn't work out very smoothly for the REITs which I'd bought for the recent Quarterly Reporting season and I had to hold CMT till after it xd.  As there seems to be good buy and sell strength in recent times, I may buy again if it hits $1.975 or lower… 😀

CMT @ $1.98

Sell @ $1.98

Contra off for kopi-$$. Quite fun! In recent times, there seems to be Big Buyers & Sellers around, Can have some cheap thrills! 😀

SPH @ $4.1225

Buy @ $4.13, $4.12, $4.11

Add back to my portfolio. Next result (2H) will be aro' 11-Oct (2013) and the Div was 15ct. Looking at 9M EPS = 16ct, there's a very good chance of maintaining 14-15ct Div if they do a 100% payout. If so (15ct Final), Yield = 5.34% ; PE = 18.73 (latest 4Qs). Not exactly attractive but compared to other Yield Stocks, quite attractive….  Anyway, one of my short / long term also ok kind of stock. 😀

IREIT Global @ $0.88

Alloted @ $0.88

Got some fm IPO. Tried to buy more today when it got listed at 2pm, but was unsuccessful. Range $0.88 – $0.905 ; Vol = 7,471,000.

At IPO = $0.88,

  • Yield = 7.6% (FY13) ; 8% (FY14  FY15)
  • Gearing = 33.2%
  • NAV = $0.78
  • Major Shareholders : Shanghai Summitt 60% ; Mr Lim (SoilBuild boss) 19%
  • Assets : Office Buildings (Germany)

It seems too good to be true! Assets in a 1st world economy with not too high leverage and High Yield. On top of that, Free Float is low as Issue Size is not huge and 2 Major Shareholders account for 79%. So, what's the catch??

Starhill Global @ $0.82

Sell @ $0.82

Tried to Jump-Q for $0.825 during 5pm matching but failed. Taking a loss here but will be profitable after DPU is paid out. My free cash level is running low, need to free up some… 😀

Genting @ $1.265

Buy @ $1.265

Another of my counter which is getting cheaper by the day… Results will be out tomorrow… Let's see how bad it's going to be… 😀

Kingsmen @ $0.895

Buy @ $0.895

Someone really badly need to sell… likely before results are released tomorrow… I wonder why??

Got me worried to sell the continued selling and at lower prices. Went back to check SGX Annc but no new annc since the positive one on the $25.2Mil secured on 21-Jul. A quick look thro' their Q1 results reaffirms their positive outlook for 2014. The main negative is the $1.5Mil provision made for a lawsuit which they'd lost in China (now appealing).

So, Profitability seems ok. Fundamental-wise, Cash = 34.88ct / share or 32.22ct / share Net of Debts.

A possible negative is the CAD investigations started in Jan-13, but, unless it implicates Snr Mgmt, it's not a major issue.

I guess we'll find out tomorrow when the results are out after mkt closes… Keep our fingers crossed! 😀
