Buy @ $2.03. Yield @ 5.438%. Must be news of Interbank 3mths SIBOR at a high causing those “over-priced” REITs to be affected. Hv not seen CMT at this price for quite a long while now. Short term trade, hope it doesn’t become a long term hold, haha 😀
