Buy @ $0.655. Results out yesterday and DPU = 1.006cts which is aro’ 10% above forecast. Revenue is as per IPO forecast but DPU is up due to lower expenses and several other reasons. The positive is that they hc signed MOU for new acquisitions which will likely be realised in Q107. Yield is 8.244% at $0.655 using latest DPU 😀
