Buy @ $0.95. Been Queueing at $0.945 for quite some time now and decided to just buy fm seller today. Yield is 6.379% @ $0.95. With office rental in demand in both S’pore and Australia and the recovery of the A$ from it’s lows, it shld be quite a good defensive play. Further, AllCo pays div on a semi-annual basis and the next one is for end-Dec 😀
