Sell @ $0.755. Finally proftitable, decided to sell as the yield is below my current 8% (7.841%) tgt. No more left. Let’s see if I get the chance to buy back again if yield goes back above 8% (below $0.74, but tgt closer to $0.70). Buyer ’31’ – DMG, looks like buying up slowly. 😀
