Sell @ $0.55. STI looks weak (-14, 2750)  but this REIT is stable, 0.5ct higher than my last sell. Let’s see if I try out sell-high-buy-lower technique here or alternatively, perhaps, switch to CCT at same 7% yield. Buyer ’26’ – BNP. 😀
