Buy @ $1.675, $1.67, $1.655
The moment I bought at $1.675, someone started to sell down… all the way to $1.65! Straits Trading had become the biggest shareholder (20.2%) from sale by Cheung Kong (7.84%) & John Lim (19.25%), as part of their agreement to let ARA manage their Investment Property assets (except Hospitality assets) plus a new fund. This ought to see ARA continue wirh their growth in Revenue and EPS…. 😀
