Some joker sold me only 200 shares in my $1.285 Q and share price went up to $1.29 / $1.295, with a huge Buy Q… No choice, buy more at $1.295 to make up the numbers… Closed @ $1.295 / $1.30… Results will be out on 21-Apr AM, Expected DPU aro 2.5ct, Yield = 7.69% ; Gearing = 36.2%… Only slightly above REIT Average Yield = 7.28%… 😀
