My last profitable ones (after DPU collected). Results last Friday as per expectation,
- Lower NPI from China Square due to Hotel Project
- Lower NPI from Central Square (Australia)
- DPU supported by $0.9M Capital Gains (0.1141ct)
Strip out the Capital Gains, Yield = 6.753% @ $1.36 (Close), still the best in their asset class… But, decided to reduce first… 😀
