FirstREIT @ $0.765

Sell @ $0.765. STI -88 (3329) but FirstREIT +0.5ct. Decided to sell 50% of my hldgs, even tho’ Yield is 8.758%. There are now more choices of 8%++ yield stks aro’ and I’ll either switch to others or wait and see if FirstREIT drops 😀
