Sell @ $0.815. My last lots, it’s been almost 3 years since I first bought and got “stuck”, as my intention back then was for short term trading (if I remembered corectly)! Buyer ’05’ – UOBKH 😀

Sell @ $0.795. Still going up slowly with every sell! Going to run out of stocks soon. Buyer ’17’ – CIMB. 😀

Sell @ $0.785. Been going up steadily with every sell! Now, with yield of 9.7%, it’s not as attractive anymore. 🙂

Sell @ $0.75. Reduce my old stocks. 😀 Buyer ’21’ – Kim Eng. 😀

Sell @ $0.73. Going up with every sell! Reduce my hldgs further. 😀

Sell @ $0.725. Last day of cd today, decided to forego DPU = 1.9ct and sell some of my old hldgs. Buyer ’29’ – DBSV and ’31’ – DMG. 😀

Sell @ $0.69. The last of my recent buys, although I still have a lot of the original ones left which I won’t be selling unless it hits ~ $0.75. Buyer ’84’ – UBS put in 100 lots buy. 😀

Sell @ $0.685. Yield @ 11.182% and Gearing 15.6% makes it still one of my preferred REIT, but this one being my No.1 in my portfolio is making me lose sleep. Further, I want to free up some cash to possibly avg down my TELCOs (StarHub and SingTel) plus put into some other fundamentally strong stocks that may come under selling pressure. 😀

Sold some more, same price, same buyer code ’29’ – DBS Vickers, prob some retail player accumulating ahead of Quarterly Report and likely 1.9xct DPU. 😀

Buy @ $0.66. Gave up waiting at $0.655 as the reporting season approaches. Market looks bearish, -24 (2638), correction finally coming or “Oct crash” fears? Seller ’26’ – BNP. 😀

Buy @ $0.67. Q’d and was done and sold down to $0.66! Seller ’26’ – BNP. 😀
