Sell @ $0.685. Yield @ 11.182% and Gearing 15.6% makes it still one of my preferred REIT, but this one being my No.1 in my portfolio is making me lose sleep. Further, I want to free up some cash to possibly avg down my TELCOs (StarHub and SingTel) plus put into some other fundamentally strong stocks that may come under selling pressure. 😀
