Buy @ $0.71. Need to replace my high yield stocks I’d sold. 😀

Buy @ $0.705. Yield @ 9.901%. Buy at same price as last purchase, got to replace (for my dividends passive income) for some of my recent sales of other stocks. Also, prepare for quarterly reporting. 😀

Buy @ $0.74. Yield @ 9.432%. Becomes attractive again as the prices of other REITs had gone up and now left this one with 9%+ yield. 🙂

Buy @ $0.77. Yield @ 8.701%. Didn’t manage to buy back lower than my recent sell prices. Almost div annc time, buy back 1st 😀

Sell @ $0.775. Slowly moving up 🙂

Sell @ $0.765. STI -88 (3329) but FirstREIT +0.5ct. Decided to sell 50% of my hldgs, even tho’ Yield is 8.758%. There are now more choices of 8%++ yield stks aro’ and I’ll either switch to others or wait and see if FirstREIT drops 😀

Sell @ $0.75. STI -50 but FirstREIT +1.5ct after hitting a low of $0.735 in the morning. Make some pocket $$ 1st and will buy back if it drops back or sell more if it rises 😀

Buy @ $0.74. Yield @ 8.905%. Thinking of switching from my SPAusNet (A$ under pressure, dropped fm 1.3x to 1.20 due to yen carry trade issues), but also got country risks (majority assets in Indonesia). Announced MOU this AM for acquisition in China. My lowest buy so far! 😀

Buy @ $0.755. Yield @ 8.623%. Am expecting a maiden div of at least 2cts, comprising of some carried fwd fm ’06. Hope I’m rgt! 😀
