Buy @ $0.215. Results were out last evening. DPU = 0.51ct which is a bit lower than the Proforma Rights figures of DPU = 0.52ct. Annualised Yield =  9.488% with Gearing = 34% (will be reduce to 32.7% with the recent sale of one of their asset). Looks good for me to take a bet although market probably still have a lot of bad feelings about it's past legacy (used to be MI-REIT and there was an ugly episode during their last rights issue – highly destructive to shareholders' values and when Cambridge tried to wrestle control). Seller '84' – UBS. 😀

Buy @ $0.215. Throw in more money on one of my LOSERS. Results will be out later after market close. I'm taking a risk (that it may not perform to proforma rights figures and am hopeful that the high yield of 9.67% will provide me some support from further drops. 😀

Subscribed for rights @ $0.155. Applied for excess and was alloted 4 lots and 4 lots + (round up on odd lots). Now considering whether to sell some as it's now my No.2 stock in my portfolio. 😀

Sell @ $0.225. Reduce some as I'll be getting some more from their rights issue. In face, am pleasantly surprised that after it xri on 15-Sep, the share price continues to go up (TERP = $0.215). Buyer '54'  😀

Buy @ $0.215. Market on a rebound right now, +41 (2960). Not sure if it’s just a technical rebound or a more permanent one due to the concerted action by US and EC to handle the Greece crisis. Results will be out on 12-May. 😀

Sell @ $0.225. My first trade for 2010, good to start with a profit! Finally profitable for the ones I got at $0.32 cri when it was MI-REIT. Decided to sell as I don’t feel comfortable to have this stock as my No.1 in the portfolio. Buyer ’29’ – DBS Vickers, probably retail or local house traders. 😀
