Buy @ $0.215. Results were out last evening. DPU = 0.51ct which is a bit lower than the Proforma Rights figures of DPU = 0.52ct. Annualised Yield = 9.488% with Gearing = 34% (will be reduce to 32.7% with the recent sale of one of their asset). Looks good for me to take a bet although market probably still have a lot of bad feelings about it's past legacy (used to be MI-REIT and there was an ugly episode during their last rights issue – highly destructive to shareholders' values and when Cambridge tried to wrestle control). Seller '84' – UBS. 😀

Sell @ $0.225. My first trade for 2010, good to start with a profit! Finally profitable for the ones I got at $0.32 cri when it was MI-REIT. Decided to sell as I don’t feel comfortable to have this stock as my No.1 in the portfolio. Buyer ’29’ – DBS Vickers, probably retail or local house traders. 😀
