Buy @ $1.87. Yield @ 6.61% based on just released DPU of 3.09cts. Still in the Q at $1.83 but looks like hard to get done today 😀

Sell @ $1.96. Sold all. Cambridge REIT is being re-launched at 7.5% yield and hv same competing assets, ie. Industrial. Maybe accumulate Cambridge REIT instead when it’s listed 😀

Sell @ 2.14. Yield drops to 5.626% at this price. Announced yield accretive (0.07ct or aro’ +0.013% to EPU in Mar06 on a proforma basis) acquisition of 2 properties fm Sem KimTrans today.

Buy @ $2.04. Annualised yield is 5.902%. Higher risk than Suntec or MMP as 53% above NAV.
