Buy @ $2.28, yield 4.982%. Their recent acquisitions will likely raise the yield to 5%++. Saw in announcements that they had done a revauation of their properties, so, the new acquisitions may be funded by debts alone (or issuance of fewer new units).
Price weakness must be due to the speech by Temasek head and continuously reported by BT last week on buy-and-lease-back at inflated price. A-REIT denied this in the news today (will post the news in comment for this post).
May face more downward price pressure but will accumulate if so. May also contra if it recovers 😀
