Sell @ $0.615
My last ones, no more left. Tried my Jump-Q before mkt open, but unsuccessful at last minunte. Realised losses here as these are old legacy ones, bought at high prices before the financial crisis in Jul-07. 😀
Just another REITDATA Sites site
Sell @ $0.535.
Cleared all my profitable ones, including those from 2 previous rights issues. Am left with some very old, high loss ones and will likely keep that as a beach-head ie. remind me to buy some to average down when it's cheap.
I may use the excess funds to buy other Industrial REITs (Sabana / AIMSAMPReit) as my projected dividends stream has dropped ~10% after the recent selling of >8% Yield Stocks like MIIF, CitySpring, AIMSAMPReit and Cambridge. 😀
Sell @ $0.535.
Just checked and realised I have quite a lot that are profitable (share price have been quietly creeping up), bought 1 year ago. Back then, Yield was >9% and likely the main reason for buying. DPU declined after that for 2 Qs (must be due to dilution of rights / placement shares) before it started to creep up again for 2 Qs. Most recent Q411 DPU = 1.118ct is still lower than one year ago Q311 DPU = 1.193ct!.
Anyway, reasons for selling are, Need free cash + Too much exposure to Industrial REITs (Cambridge Yield =8.292% is lowest amongst my 3). I have more to sell tomorrow if prices are maintained at current level. 😀
Subscribe @ $0.429. Got the refund for excess rights. Applied for 3 accounts and got excess of 1125, 375 and 500. They rounded the total final holdings to the nearest 500 in alloting the excess rights and as in past experience, you don't get more alloted even if you apply for a lot of excess (unless it's under-subscribed – in this case, unlikely to happen as the rights were offered at a good discount).
Buy @ $0.52. Yield @ 9.1% with Gearing 34.7%. Seller CP '70' CLSA did a big sell. 😀
Decided to average down my existing holdings, especially since it's now even lower than the Rights @ $0.531 a few months back. The latest financials released on 10-Feb shows a healthier Gearing with good Yield, so I'll take a risk here.
With today's announcement by AIMSAMPReit of a Private Placement (at 8-10% discount) to fund new acquisitions, I'm also thinking of switching my AIMSAMPReit to Cambridge as both gives 9%++ Yield. My fear of AIMSAMPReit is they seem rather aggressive to grow their AUM and perhaps at the expense of existing shareholders eg. Huge Discounts via Private Placements.
