Buy @ $0.795. Yield @ 7.097% 😀

Sell @ $0.85 and $0.855. 6mths lock-up period expired and Brilliant hv been selling. Looking at the transaction data, someone keeps putting aro’ 200lots to sell everytime the Q is depleted. It looks like price will cont to hv downward pressure, so sell some 1st even tho’ xd tomom 😀

Note: Also got big buyer as 12Mil was married at $0.84 after I sold at $0.85,

Sell @ $0.71. Thinking of switching some funds to new better yielding stocks like First REIT (8%+) and possibly the new IPO Babcock and Brown Fund (9%). 🙂

Buy @ $0.655. Results out yesterday and DPU = 1.006cts which is aro’ 10% above forecast. Revenue is as per IPO forecast but DPU is up due to lower expenses and several other reasons. The positive is that they hc signed MOU for new acquisitions which will likely be realised in Q107. Yield is 8.244% at $0.655 using latest DPU 😀

Buy @ $0.65. Yield is 7.846%. Buy till scared! 🙂

Buy @ $0.66, $0.655 and $0.645. Yield is 7.727%, 7.786% and 7.907% respectively 😀

Buy @ $0.67. Yield is 7.612%. Looks like going to be AllCo-II 😀

Buy @ $0.695 and $0.68 for avg of $0.6875. Yield is 7.418% (over-allotment option is exercised). My new collections! 😀

Buy @ $0.68. Applied for private placement fm Phillip Securities (sub-underwriter) and got alloted slightly more than half of what I applied for. They also charged 1% + $10.50 placement fees, so at least $0.69 to breakeven! Listing on 25-Jul 😀
