Buy @ $0.90. Yield @ 6.462%. Q’d since morning and got it late when someone dunped 500lots. Likely hold for short term 😀

Buy @ $0.955. Yield @ 6.090%, back to 2nd best yielding REIT as others hv gone up more. More for short term play but can also keep for long term if stuck. The last time I sold in April at $0.88 😀

Sell @ $0.875. Can’t resist a quick profit 😀

Buy @ $0.845. Results better then I expected, DPU 1.434ct, better than last Q. Yield 6.883% 😀

Sell @ $0.88. Good profits, sold 2 batches 🙂

Buy @ $0.82. Yield @ 6.88%. Q107 DPU may be lower if acquisition costs were recognised. Never mind, replenish my stocks 😀

Buy @ $0.835. Yield @ 6.757%. Results shld be flat but the recent completion of their acquisitions will improve yield (my est. +0.14%) a bit in the coming quarters. Selling by major s/h seems to hv stopped (I hope!). Let’s hope the IPO for MI-REIT (Yield @ 6.175%) will positively impact Cambridge, tho’ I think more likely not! 😀
