Replacing my "shorts". Tried to Jump-Q for $1.495 during 5pm matchig but failed… 😀

My recent "shorts" @ $1.54 on the last day of cd (DPU = 2.3754ct) wasn't too great… at most, make a bit of Kopi-$$… Today is the day DRP pricing will be calculated… My hypothesis is that prices ought to be weaker today to make DRP price more attractive and from tomorrow till last day for opting into DRP, it ought to be stronger to entice more shareholders to opt for it… 😀

Anyway, am preparing for the next phase of the "fun" ie. Fund Raising for new Aussie acquisitions…

Last day of cd. Last few minutes being bought up, take some profits first. DPU = 2.3754ct was lower than last Q = 2.4608ct… Looks like most of the easy DPU accretion from Alexndra TechnoPark (not renewing Master Lease) had been recognised… NAV = $1.55.. Looks like upside is limited…

But, they subsequently (after results annc) announced selling a $44.8m Hotel Lease agreement (~6.57ct / share) with Frasers Hospitality and a proposed acquisition of Australia asset from Australand to be funded by Debts & New Equity. The former will be +ve as they may pay out higher DPU from Capital Gains while the latter depends on the means for New Equity (Private Placements at big discounts would be bad).

Will be watching the latest development closely and react accordingly… 😀

Q'd almost the whole day but looks like there's a serious collector around, putting in big blocks at the $1.50 Buy Q… Looks like it'd be hard for me to buy back cheaper… 😀

Fears of US Rate Hike due to better than expected Jobs Data is contagious… REITs (high Debts) are mostly weak….

Wasn't free to make a decision when LS alerted me of selling pressure… to a low of $1.455. It'd recovered to aro $1.48 by the time I was free… Tried to jump for $1.47 during 5pm matching but was unsuccessful… matched at $1.475 and only partially done… My unit cost will be the same as buying at $1.49… my recent buy price… 😀

Completed my buy-back using the free cash from selling A-HTrust… Meant to be long term but depends on mkt opportunity… 😀
