Raise some free cash as all dried up buying ARA… Very exciting as it got partially done at the very last minute during 4:59pm… During matching, all done… A bit sad as I was planning to hold till $1.6x… FCOT & ARA changed position in my portfolio, with today's transactions ie ARA is now No.2 & FCOT dropped to No.3…  Feels like I'm selling my winners to buy losers…  ðŸ˜€

Contra off. Decided to take profit. Kind of like doing an Arbitrage Play on my DPU vs DRP @ $1.4733. Can play till next week as DRP election have to be received by them by 16-Feb 5pm…. 😀

xd today for DPU = 2.4608ct. Yield = 6.64%, NAV = $1.56 are the +ve while Gearing = 37.2% is the main -ve. FCOT is the top in my list for Office/Mall REITs and I'm more inclined to hold long term altho' I do have "extras" for short term trades in case something else better pops up…. 😀

If I were to set my target Yield = 6%, it'd be another +10% before that happens ie $1.625. I'm also expecting them to do an acquisition cum fund raising any time from now as it's been a long time (2009) since the F&N group (now spun off to FCL) took over the REIT mgmt and the massive house cleaning since…

Jump-Q at 5pm when a big block appeared. Had been unsuccessful to buy back at $1.405 for past weeks… With results to be released on 22-Jan, the urgency is there for me to buy at a higher price… Am expecting DPU to be higher than last Q = 2.2145ct … Hoping to see 2.35ct to 2.4ct (a +10% from Alexandra TechnoPark mitigated by a -1% from Australia assets due to weaker A4) ðŸ˜€
