Gave up, looks unlikely I can get at $1.38, despite the selling these few days. Only 3 working days left to end-Aug, still no news of Alexandra TechnoPark Master Lease Renewal… I maintain my longer term target of $1.5x based on the potential increase in DPU fm this renewal…. 😀

Jump-Q during 5pm matching to collect a bit more. Even without the Master Lease renewal of Alexandra TechnoPark, Yield = 6.41%. Any DPU upside from the Lease renewal will be partially seen in the next Q results, with the full impact only in the Q after that.

So, what is it that the mkt knows which I don't? Only time will tell… 😀

Itchy fingers… buy at my highest price ever. Read too many positive analysts' reports which have a target price of high $1.4x mainly due to the Aug-14 Master Lease renewal of Alexandra TechnoPark.

Using some of the projection data from the analyst's reports, my ball park estimate is, DPU to increase by ~10% at least . This translates to a yield of 6.7%+… Not bad, if correct (my estimates)…. I better go read the analyst's reports again more in depth… 😀

Q3 results was out on 21st (2 days ago) and DPU increased slightly (2.1911ct vs 2.0524ct) q-o-q. Today, there were selling by CP = UBS, 2-lots each time in 15s intervals… 😀

Finally decided to add to my holdings as it weakened today (-3ct @ $1.33 close), but higher than my previous high = $1.29. Let's hope theyy don't disappoint on our Aug-14 date (Lease renewal for Alexandra Techno Park)… 😀

Add more to my portfolio. REITs is only 13.1%, even after this buy. I may increase it further if I can find any which i think is not too risky. But, I'll continue to be wary of the dangers of REITs Mgrs being highly motivated to increase the AUM (Assets Under Management), which fattens their own bottomline and usually at the expense of unit holders ie. Leg-fast-hand-fast to divest the moment they announce anything I don't like… 😀

Someone seemed to be selling… suppressing the share price… for now. Will likely collect more… till Q3… if I can resist any urge to take profits.  From now, these buys can be short term trades.

My magic is working… Big seller CP = Merrill Lynch appeared, may have lots to sell as still around even during 5pm matching, with a last minute 200+ lots sell… Will continue to buy if it drops further. 😀
