Sell @ $0.975. Couldn’t resist the temptation to contra for kopi $$$ 😀

Buy @ $0.95. Been Queueing at $0.945 for quite some time now and decided to just buy fm seller today. Yield is 6.379% @ $0.95. With office rental in demand in both S’pore and Australia and the recovery of the A$ from it’s lows, it shld be quite a good defensive play. Further, AllCo pays div on a semi-annual basis and the next one is for end-Dec 😀

Sell @ $0.825. Surprisining very strong while STI is -30!! 😀

Sell @ $0.81. Originally planned to hold till results are out but today mkt is weak, STI -38, with many stks down and AllCo still hldg steady. Plan to switch to other REITs and already in the Q for AREIT 😀

Buy @ $0.795. Yield @ 7.258%. 😀

Buy @ $0.805. Yield @ 7.168%. Laggard when compared to most of the other REITs. Hope their maiden Q results will live up to expectations (altho’ no quarterly div is expected, as per IPO prospectus) 😀

Buy @ $0.80. Yield @ 7.213%. Buy back to add to my collections. More for short term trading 😀

Sell @ $0.835 😀

Sell @ $0.83. Q’d at 9:30am and fully done after 2pm. Got some more to sell if it goes up further 😀

Buy @ $0.79. Yield @ 7.304%, setting new stds for REITs yield! Also providing barrier to entry for new REITs listing as hard to match such yields 😀
