Came alive during the last 5mins, hitting $1.28 and then $1.285 during matching… Cleared my profitable ones… Play safe, could be just Month End Window Dressing… What with Rate Hike becoming more likely in Jun / Jul, it's hard to convince myself not to sell… 😀

Contra off… According to Bloomberg news, mkt is gettig used to the idea of a Rate Hike either in Jun / Jul and is focussing on the improving US economy instead… Interesting news, but, take profit first… 😀

Rate Hike fears affecting REITs and other highly geared stocks… My DRP discount just disappeared ie Better to have taken cash… Range $1.255 – $1.29… 😀

Only submitted DRP ($1.2862) today as it was trading closer to $1.30.

Contra off + One old Buy… Results announced previous day… DPU = 2.4526ct (incl 0.7ct from Capital Gains) vs 2.3754ct yoy & 2.51ct qoq… Last year's DPU have not included Collins St asset…. A closer look at each asset Revenue & NPI shows declines at China Square (lower Retail occupancy due to Hotel project) & Central Park (lower occupancy)… Not quite up to my expectations altho' a couple of analysts are positive due to the higher Yield vs other similar REITs… Reduce first and trade on opportunity… 😀
