Itchy fingers… buy back.. Sold previously cos of fears of lower DPU due to weakening A$ and impact of Hotel project at China Square… A$ is now stronger, perhaps due in part to weakening S$… 😀

My last profitable ones (after DPU collected). Results last Friday as per expectation,

  • Lower NPI from China Square due to Hotel Project
  • Lower NPI from Central Square (Australia)
  • DPU supported by $0.9M Capital Gains (0.1141ct)

Strip out the Capital Gains, Yield = 6.753% @ $1.36 (Close), still the best in their asset class… But, decided to reduce first… 😀

Profitable Ones + DRP + Unprofitable Ones (Profitable if add DPU Collected)… Was expecting mkt to be hit by BREXIT fears but looks like quite unaffected… Perhaps with US FED Rate Hike now looking highly unlikely (due to BREXIT uncertainties), the mkt is now emboldened to buy REITs again…

Anyway, sell first as I'm expecting lower DPU for coming Q… 😀
