F&N @ $2.98

Buy @ $2.98

Getting impatient for it to drop to better valuations. Am afraid hat when the financials become easier to decipher, the price will be driven higher… assuming my interpretationof their financials is correct… 😀

F&N @ $3.00

Sell @ $3

Contra off for some kopi-$$ but not enough to cover my FCOT mistake… Free up cash in case I need it for my new addition (King Wan)… 😀

F&N @ $2.98

Buy @ $2.98

Add to my tiny stake. Will try to hold for longer term. Whatever I think I can extract from the Quarterly financials, it seems to be indicating a good gorwth rate for 'Continuing Biz' (after removing FCL, APB) ie F&B. My estimate is PE is still a high 27+ and Yield = 1.46% but I'm hoping to buy and hold for future sustainable (?) growth… But, will be prepared to run at very short notice if I'm wrong.. 😀

F&N @ $2.97

Buy @ $2.97

Only my 2nd buy, 2ct cheaper…

Q3 results were out last Friday (8-Aug). Looks good as both Revenue  & Profit improved, from their Beer (Myanmar) and Beverages. It's still not easy to compare their results as the previous entity had APB, FCL and before their huge Capital Reduction exercises…

As far as I can interprete, PE = 27.16 ; Yield = 1.47% (Assume 40% Payout Policy). More of a Growth play in the F&B Industry… Likely long term… 😀

F&N @$2.99

Buy @ $2.99

Add back to my portfolio after a long absence. It's still not easy to go through their financials as there had been many changes to their biz make-up eg. selling APB, Capital Payout, FCL Spin-Off,… My estimate is PE = 29.3 ; Yield <2%. So, why buy? More for the exposure to F&B biz and potentially, growth… 😀

F&N @ $5.61

Sell @ $5.61

Decided to take profit and have sold off my entire holding.

As the critical date approaches (EGM in end-Oct to B-Nov), it looks like there may be a bit of serious collecting going on. Volume is still very low and prices can easily move in either direction.

My thinking is market will remain volatile even though the US Fiscal Cliff had been postponed for a couple of months. It's still good to have free cash, and especially to take profit for those holdings which were intended for short term anyway… 😀

F&N @ $5.60

Sell @ $5.60

Saw 3 lots @ $5.60 Buy Q just before 9am preopen and decided to sell some. These are my current intial entry ones and the highest priced @ $5.55. Yea, private creative accounting recognition… so that my breakeven for the rest will be lower… 😀

Note that I'm still ok to hold for long term but will trade on any short term opportunity as the US Fiscal Cliff event will definitely provide volatility…

F&N @ $5.57

Sell @ $5.57

Contra off the ones that's due for payment today. STI -14.46, F&N +ve, Free Cash running low are additional supporting reasons to take profit. 😀
