Sell @ $1.085

No more left. xd today and a better price than yesterday (cd = 2.2ct @ $1.095). Thanks to the FED's surprising decision last night not to start QE3 easing, market rallied, with STI +57.93 @ 3251.78.

Sabana closed unchanged @ $1.095! Now, I look silly… But, better safe than sorry. 😀

Last day of cd for Advance DPU = 2.2ct. They just did a Placement @ $1 for 40mil units and these will be listed on 24-Sep (Tue). Altho' these won't qualify for the Advance DPU, it's still at a very hefty discount of ~10% and I fear it'll be too tempting for many of these placees to take profit ie. Share Price may tumble towards $1 (some may even short now with borrowed scrips)….. Current high yield of 8.8% ought to be deterrent to sell but I'm not too hopeful…  Further, the Gearing @ 37.1% means they'll have to do a Rights Issues sooner or later, otherwise, there'll be more Value Destructive Placements at hefty discounts every time they plan a new acquisition…. So, better be safe than sorry!

My recent buys were at higher prices but the losses will be offset by the profitable ones bought long ago. I'll likely sell the rest or most of it tomorrow if prices stays above $1.07 after it goes xd. After that, I'll wait for the share prices to stabilise before making any new buy back decision. That's the current game plan but I'm flexible to change according to circumstances… 😀

Buy @ $1.13

Try for short term. Likely weakness is due to the uncertainty of their tenants' lease renewal. Think I'll pair it with SB REIT to do switching between the two as both are in Industrial assets and Yield ~8%+. 😀

Sabana @ $1.135

Buy @ $1.135

Current market fears (besides the usual Interest Rate hike ones) is the expiry of 44.7% of their tenants' rental lease, but, from their last results, only ~7.3% is outstanding. Take the risk to add to my holdings. Let's hope the current Yield = 8.485% provides some margin of safety in the worst case scenario. My plan is for a short term trade but can hold for the yield if it drops further. 😀

Sabana @ $1.225

Buy @ $1.235, $1.215

Industrial REITs seems to be badly hit in this recent round of market fears. It's after all the first that'll be impacted in any economic slow-down. Yield almost 8%, can't resist to add to my holdings. 😀

Contra off, used Jump-Q @ 5pm. Try to free up more cash in case there's opportunity to accumulate more Neratel. 😀

Sabana @ $1.13

Buy @ $1.13

Was in the normal Buy Q and at 5pm, someone dumped a few hundred lots to clear the Buy Q. Been seeing this large selling for the past few days. Seller CP '73' = Macquarie. 😀

Results will be out later. Am expecting DPU to be similar to last 2Qs = 2.26-7ct +/- 0.0xct for close to Yield = 8%.

Sabana @ $0.845

Buy @ $0.845. Another stock that dropped till 10%+ Yield. Just used up all my free cash, going to transfer from my emergency funds next. 😉

Sabana @ $0.945

Buy @ $0.945. Results were out last night, DPU = 3.04ct (Annualised 8.81ct). Seller CP '21' – Kim Eng. 😀
