Sell @ $1.40. Decided to sell as the recent results was worse than my expectation. The DPU drop was ~13% from the previous quarter. Although I was expecting a drop due to the earlier private placement (7.7% new shares) + the deferred units which should total about 10%, the bigger drop indicates the large impact of rental renewals (~10% of Office space). Yield = 7.28% @ $1.40 suddenly don’t look that attractive to me for now. Strong buyer around. Buyer ’83’ – CitiGroup. 😀

Buy @ $1.36. Finally buy back after it’d climbed up so much! Yield @ 8.419% and previous fears of rights issues as Gearing is quite high @ 34.5% or dumping of deferred units by HK shareholders still stands. Seller ’84’ – UBS. 😀

Sell @ $1.06. Decided to contra off, no more left. Need $$ to defend other stocks ie. avg down. Local buyers for mine, no idea who’s doing the 100-200 lots buy up. 😀

Buy @ $1.04. Re-enter as shareholder. Quarterly reporting season starts soon, take the risk of possible rights issue to buy back. After queueing and getting done, now most done at $1.03! 😀

Buy @ $1.02. Strong selling after I got my earlier ones! Didn’t hit the big sellers, both times local brokers, OCBC and Phillip. STI dropped below 2600, now 2588 (-16). 😀

Sell @ $1.11. Running out of funds as mostly stuck in CitySpring excess rights application. Didn’t think it’ll get done within 10mins as there were aro’ 500 lots in Q. Buyer ’08’ – CS. 😀

Buy @ $1.01. Got to buy some high yield stocks as my projected annual dividend yield has dropped a lot due to selling and lower payouts. Seller ’84’ – CitiGroup. 😀

Bot’ more @ $0.995, in Q since 3:38pm. Didn’t expect the sellers to clear the $1 queue which had more than 3000 lots earlier. Seller ’31’ – DMG.

Buy @ $0.975. Partially done, some more in Q but may not get done as price has gone up to $0.985/$0.99. 😀

Sell @ $1. Contra off as it hit my short term target; no more left. Q’d with 668lots in front of me and didn’t expect it to be done so fast (within 10mins). Buyer ’17’ – CIMB grabbed 209 lots. Looks like local speculators are now on board to help create a new bull? (STI 2475 +24 ; DJIA -34 last nite) 😀
