Buy @ $0.975. After all these years, am back as shareholder. Q’d since 9:50am but went up and hit high $1.01. Now, mkt seems to be panicking with STI just going -ve. Yield 12.14%, Gearing 34.4%. May collect more if mkt corrects further tomorrow. 😀

Buy @ $1.16. Yield @ 6.245%. Will contra if opportunity arises 😀

Sell @ $1.31. Yield is 5.237%. That’s the last of my hldgs. Altho’ there may be some more upside for Suntec when compared with CMT (same retail cum office assets) which is gives yield of 4.689% @ $2.35, my original objective was for the yield. I hv thus switched to MMP which offers close to 6% yield. 😀

Sell @ $1.30. Yield 5.277%. Results due on 26-Apr-06 and shld be better than last Q as full impact of Park Mall and CHIJMES is expected. Still, yield is now not as attractive compared to MMP and AllCo, both close to 6%.

Sell @ $1.29. Yield 5.318%. Expect more upside as I sell! 😀

Sell @ $1.27. Yield 5.402%. Going up with every sales! 😀

Sell @ $1.19. Reduce some exposure to REITs as I’d also bot’ MMP and AREIT recently.

Buy @ $1.16. Annualised yield is 5.914% at this price.
