Sell @ $1.06. Got the dividends, reduce some exposure 1st. Free up some cash for SingPower IPO 😀

Buy @ $1.04. Annualised Yield is 6.173% at this price!

Recent acquisitions of Park Mall and CHIJMES using debts will improve the yield further. Only bug-bear is the CDL deal that was terminated and still being resolved thro’ lawyers.

Contra @ $1.08, need to make some $$$ to cover the drop 😀

Buy @ $1.06

Contra @ $1.16. After selling, then I get a report fm my broker that UBS upgraded Suntec to BUY with a tgt price of $1.25!

Buy @ $1.12. Yield 5.575% ; 7.7% premium to NAV. Will be my last purchase, unless it drops below $1.10 😀

Buy @ $1.17 as latest news will be positive for Suntec. May fluctuate aro’ this price for a while until Suntec settles the issues on their latest acquisitions. Also, watch out for any reaction fm Temasek on Suntec latest move. At most, I budget one more buy so as not to be too heavily exposed.

Buy @ $1.16 (yield 5.383%). Next tgt buy $1.15 and below 😀

Sell @ $1.19xd to reduce some exposure. Q’d since AM & done at 5pm when mkt close. Am expecting price weakness for a while & will buy back some if so.
