The moment I put in Buy Q, it got done! Tried again with just 1lot and same thing happened. Someone from Seller '78' = ML has programmed to sell @ $0.965! Decided to be cautious…

Q3 results was out yesterday and EPS = 0.75ct vs Q2 = 1.95ct. Looks bad despite guidance given in Q2. But, forward guidance is positive altho' unlikely to return to Q2 level of EPS.

Contra off + sell an earlier batch. Sudden buy up, looks set to climb higher. Don't care, hit my trading objective, make more than kopi-$$ this time round. Buyer CP '82' = Morgan Stanley. 😀

Popular Hldgs @ $0.245

Finally decided to add some more to my collection. Looks difficult to buy @ $0.24 or below unless market crashes as someone (beside Mr Chou) seems to be collecting @ $0.245. Today, there's a married deal of 613,000 @ $0.246 (this price seems to have become Mr. Chou's signature as it'd happened twice). Also one huge buy up of 401,000 @ $0.245. ðŸ˜€

After mkt closed, they announced that resolutions for EGM had been passed ie. expand their scope of Property Biz in Singapore to rental + into Industrial / Commercial assets. I'm SPECULATING that they are preparing themselves in case 8Raja + future condo projects eg. Purmei is unable to sell well and they have the option to keep it for rental or even convert into Serviced Apartments.

Add back to my portfolio. STI -31.02 @ 3012.25, SingTel -3ct. I wonder if it's the end of the party (US Presidential Elections over) or the usual flip-flop (STI was +21 yesterday). Can keep for long term Yield in worst case. 😀

Jump-Q @ 5pm. No more left, make only a bit. Strong buying today, not sure if it's window dressing. If not, then may have momentum to finally push it back to $3.3x, the price level before Temasek placed out at a discount and caused prices to drop. Reason for selling is I have identifed other stocks eg. Neratel, where I may want to build up my holdings further. Buyer CP '78' = ML. 😀

Sudden drop today, -5ct (-1.2%). STI only -7.44 @ 3050 (-0.24%). Same routine, try for a cup of kopi or keep till xd or even after xd if stuck. Close to 6% Yield is the consolation. Seller CP '78' = ML. 😀
