Q3 results, released on 18-Oct, was very good. EPS = 4.29ct for 3Qs is already higher than FY11 = 3.73ct. For Telecom, MENA, as expected contributed positively to the increase in Revenue and Profits. What I'd not expected was the positve for InfoComm segment. DMG report, which was released a day earlier was able to identify this and I suspect they may have met Neratel mgmt and gotten this knowledge.
In fact, prior to DMG report, Neratel share price had suddenly moved up from ~47ct to ~55ct. After the Q3 results announcement, it dropped to 53.5ct. Looks like profit taking… It continued to drop today and I saw selling in 100 lots blocks. Take the risk to Q and got some. Went to Q more, but has rebounded. will try to slowly collect more leading towards Q4 results as I think there's a very high chance DPS = 4ct (last 2 years) will be increased to 5-6ct. Am projecting FY12 EPS = 5.75ct to 5.95ct. 😀

Was in the normal Buy Q and at 5pm, someone dumped a few hundred lots to clear the Buy Q. Been seeing this large selling for the past few days. Seller CP '73' = Macquarie. 😀
Results will be out later. Am expecting DPU to be similar to last 2Qs = 2.26-7ct +/- 0.0xct for close to Yield = 8%.

No more left, cleared all my old ones at a big realised loss. Odd lots sold at Unit Share Mkt (POEMS has this) @ $1.445. Yield = 6.757% ; Gearing = 29.7%. The yield is not very attractive to me for an Industrial REIT (will try to add more Sabana instead) altho' the Gearing is ok (room for more yield accretive acquisitions). 😀
