Buy @ $3.24. Dropping with every buy! Seller CP = '83' – CitiGroup. 😀
HLFin @ $3.05
STEng @ $3.27
Buy @ $3.27. Using FY10 data, PE = 22.12 and Yield = 4.061%. Not that attractive actually. But, was reminded during CNY gathering that the EPS for the past 3 Quarters were better than FY09 (there was the worrying trend of EPS dropping from FY07 to FY09). Also, their Payout is usually 90% (FY09) to 100% (FY05 to FY08), so I'd expect at least 10.75ct dividend for 2H10 (to be announced on 15-Feb), assuming a Q410 EPS of at least 3.8ct and a Payout Ratio of 90% (can be higher if any of these 2 are higher or lower if vice versa). The EPS and DPS for the past few years,
FY10 (1st 3 Qs) : EPS = 11.48ct ; DPS = 3ct (1H)
FY09 : EPS = 14.78ct ; DPS = 13.28ct (2H = 11.48ct / 1H = 3ct)
FY08 : EPS = 15.82ct ; DPS = 15.8ct (2H = 12.8ct / 1H = 3ct)
FY07 : EPS = 16.95ct ; DPS = 16.88ct (2H = 14.88ct / 1H = 2ct)
FY06 : EPS = 15.15ct ; DPS = 15.11ct
FY05 : EPS = 13.64ct ; DPS = 13.6ct
It's a new share in my portfolio (had it before but previously sold all) and I'm in this more as a short term dividend play. But, will hold for longer term if it drops (likely will buy more to average down). Low volume, Seller '08' – CS. 😀

Buy @ $3.26. Same seller, '08' – CS. 😀
StarHub @ $2.62
ComfortDelgro @ $1.58
Buy @ $1.58. Re-enter as shareholder. Playing for the 2H dividend (last year 2.67ct, am expecting slightly better this year) when results are due on 14-Feb. Plan to buy more if it drops further as market is weak but also aware of the danger of higher oil price due to Eqypt unrest. 😀

Buy @ $1.57. One big seller dumped 800 lots! Seller '054' – Not in my list of CP. 😀

Buy @ $2.98. Add to my collection. Dropping with the usual low volume. Someone sold down to $2.96 but I missed that. Delayed fears on Egypt while STI is recovering a bit (+14) after yesterday's drop of close to 50 points. 😀

HLFin @ $3.015
FCOT @ $0.17
Buy @ $0.17. Decided to buy more to round up my holdings so that I won't end up with odd lots when they do the 5-for-1 consolidation. Results were out last evening and on first look, the DPU = 0.25ct for Q1 (Dec10) looks bad as it dragged down the annualised yield (compared to 2H – Sep10). But, if we look at the preceding quarters, the DPU for odd quarters are usually lower than those for even quarters. Comparing on a y-o-y basis, it actually went up from 0.24ct last year.
I was also previously planning to sell down my holdings but some recent events made me change my mind. One is the sale of a Japan asset (where Borrowings > Asset Value) for less than $1. This will result in a small gain and likely better earnings overall (this Japan asset was operating at a loss). This will also lower the Gearing to 38% (from 39.8%), but it's still dangerously high (chances of a need for Equity Fund Raising is high). The other was the announcement that the Trust manager will no longer be paid Acquisition and Disposal fees. This is positive as it aligns their interest closer to that of the shareholders.
So, although the yield is not fantastic, I'm hopeful that FCOT is slowly cleaning up their Balance Sheet (still have a few more assets in Japan and Australia to get rid) and becoming more pro-shareholder. 😀
AIMSAMPReit @ $0.215
Buy @ $0.215. Results were out last evening. DPU = 0.51ct which is a bit lower than the Proforma Rights figures of DPU = 0.52ct. Annualised Yield = 9.488% with Gearing = 34% (will be reduce to 32.7% with the recent sale of one of their asset). Looks good for me to take a bet although market probably still have a lot of bad feelings about it's past legacy (used to be MI-REIT and there was an ugly episode during their last rights issue – highly destructive to shareholders' values and when Cambridge tried to wrestle control). Seller '84' – UBS. 😀
