Buy @ $0.215. Throw in more money on one of my LOSERS. Results will be out later after market close. I'm taking a risk (that it may not perform to proforma rights figures and am hopeful that the high yield of 9.67% will provide me some support from further drops. 😀
HLFin @ $3.02
HLFin @ $3.0367
StarHub @ $2.56
Buy @ $2.56. Am taking risk here as Q410 results may see a flat EPS and the guidance for FY11 EPS may be lower. Seller '82' – MS. 😀

HLFin @ $3.10
Sell @ $3.08, $3.09, $3.11, $3.13. Everytime I queue to sell, it got done immdeiately. Quite amazing as all the Big 3 Banks were down today as market is jittery about the success of the PIIGS Government Bonds issues. Q310 results was disappointing vs record profits by the Big 3 Banks. Perhaps Q410 will be much improved and dividend payout will be increased? Anyway, I have a lot and have decided to pare down my stake. 😀
K-Green @ $1.07
ComfortDelgro @ $1.63
Q410 – Close
My portfolio (at cost) of S'pore stks for Q410 close,
The STI closed at 3190.04, +10.09% from end 2009. Using cost as a reference, my portfolio stats (vs 2009),
- Size : +9.52%
- Net Portfolio Performance At End-2009 Mkt Value (Excludes Thomson Profits) : 6.51% (Profits) + 6.05% (Div) = 12.57%
So, +12.57% vs +10.09% (STI), quite a good performance after the poor performance in 2009. I have not included the profits from Thomson Medical (General Offer from Peter Lim, which is not a repeatable event) as this would have skewed the results to >50%.
Changes in portfolio (vs Q310),
- New Additions : Sabana
- Increases : KGT, AIMSAMPIREIT, Cambridge, StarHub
- Decreases : SPAusNet
- No Change : CLT, HLFin CitySpring, ComfortDelgro, SBSTransit, FrasersComm, GTC, Rickmers, MacCookPSF, SingPost, Thomson, FSL, StarHill Gbl, SPH
- No More : Thomson Medical
Sabana @ $0.965
Buy @ $0.965. Add to my collection, may be short term till their first dividend in 31-Mar-11. Too bad I missed the lows of $0.93 as I was away for hols. Looking at the volume these days, either Moore had finished selling (but no further SGX announcements as they usually don't comply with SGX rules to announce within 24-48hrs) or the Fund Mgr had gone for Year End hols! 🙂
