SPAusNet @ $1.21

Sell @ $1.21. Pare down my stake. With the rising A$ (now ~1.27) and the coming mid-year dividend, everyone seems to be not so worried about the Victoria Bush Fire law suit! Buyer '70' – CLSA. 😀

12:12pm

Sell @ $1.22. Queued earlier and got done! Left 1 batch in my collection. Buyer '17' – CIMB. 😀

K-Green @ $1.08

Buy @ $1.08. Add to my collection. No DPU payout this Q, will start only from next Q and on a semi-annual basis. 😀

GLP @ $2.28

Sell @ $2.28. Decided to sell my last lot as I'm spending too much time monitoring just for 1 lot! 😀

MIT @ $1.18

Sell @ $1.18. Based on ESA internet trading refund, I'm assuming I got 1 lot (applied 10 lots for both accounts). Decided to sell as at $1.18, the Yield = 5.956% (FY11 – Mar) and 6.322% (FY12 – Mar) with Gearing @ 38.5%. Compared with MLT (Yield 6.78% @ $0.885 ; Gearing 38.6%) and AREIT (Yield 6.346% @ $2.08 ; Gearing 34.1%), it looks fully valued to me. Not forgetting also the assets were formerly JTC assets ie. similar or worst than AREIT (JTC re-born!). 😀

AIMSAMPReit @ $0.155

Subscribed for rights @ $0.155. Applied for excess and was alloted 4 lots and 4 lots + (round up on odd lots). Now considering whether to sell some as it's now my No.2 stock in my portfolio. 😀

GLP @ $1.96

Subscribe for IPO @ $1.96. Only applied for 1 lot each and both got it as balloting ratio was 50:50 for 1-19 lots (alloted 1 lot). Am most surprised at the huge trading volume when it opened today, closing at $2.17. Was planning to stag today but was too sick. 😀

K-Green @ $1.09

Buy @ $1.09. Add to my collection. I think the coming mega-IPO of MIT (Mapletree Industrial Trust) and the other Property one by Temasek is providing selling pressure on KGT, CLT and other REITs. Seller '20' – Phillip. 😀

Q310 – Close

My portfolio (at cost) of S'pore stks for Q310 close,

 Portfolio-Q310

The STI closed at 3097.63, +6.90% fm end 2009. Using cost as a ref, my portfolio stats (vs 2009),

  • Size : +5.87%
  • Realised Profit/Loss : +7.35% (Profits : +2.38% ; Div : +4.97%)
  • Unrealised Profit/Loss : +13.76% (+15.04% if remove 2009 carry fwd)
  • Net Portfolio Performance :
  • – At Cost :13.76% + 7.35% = +21.11%
  • – At End-2009 Mkt Value : 15.04% + 7.35% = +22.39%

So, +22.39% vs +6.90% (STI), quite a good performance after the poor performance in 2009. For reference, this would have been +20.86% if I'd included both GTC and MPS.
