FSL @ $0.52

Buy @ $0.52. Looks like headed towards <50ct! Seller ’12’ – Lim and Tan , ’31’ – DMG, still local brokers. 😀

SingPost @ $1.09

Sell @ $1.09. Reluctant to sell but as SingPost share price is steady while others are dropping (STI -34, 2866), it’s time for me to do a switch to “losers”. Buyer ’08’ – CS 😀

FSL @ $0.545

Buy @ $0.545. Dropped 6ct today after their announcement that one of their charterer will stop chartering for 2 of the vessels. Am taking a risk here. If I interprete the SGX announcement correctly, FSL may have the option to take over the agreement with the charterer’s end customer. Anyway, I sold some of mine too early recently, so, might as well get some now to average down my very expensive old ones. Seller ’17’ – CIMB. 😀

Buy @ $3.03. Add to my collections. 😀

Buy @ $3.02. Everything’s getting cheaper by the minute!.

SPH @ $3.95

Buy @ $3.95. xd today, drop more than 7ct div (-10ct now). Finally get to buy back some. STI looks weak, now -32 (2911) even though US was +143 last night. Seller ’82’ – JPM. 😀

3:18pm
Buy @ $3.91.  Seller ’70’ – CLSA.

PLife @ $1.33

Buy @ $1.33. An impulsive buy targetted as a short term trade till they announce results on 6-May. Yield 6.165% is not that attractive to me but not that high a risk either as PLife is in Healthcare sectors and is more defensive. Made my decision after reading in forum that share price had been dropping and did a quick check before putting into the buy queue. Seller ’70’ – CLSA. 😀

Suntec @ $1.40

Sell @ $1.40. Decided to sell as the recent results was worse than my expectation. The DPU drop was ~13% from the previous quarter. Although I was expecting a drop due to the earlier private placement (7.7% new shares) + the deferred units which should total about 10%, the bigger drop indicates the large impact of rental renewals (~10% of Office space). Yield = 7.28% @ $1.40 suddenly don’t look that attractive to me for now. Strong buyer around. Buyer ’83’ – CitiGroup. 😀

a-iTrust @ $1.01

Sell @ $1.01. Decided to sell as it was intended to be a short term play. 2H10 results were out yesterday and DPU = 3.64ct for Yield = 7.317%. It was lower than my expectation and although the forward prospect seems good, I decided that the yield is a bit too low for my liking especially since FOREX risk (all assets in India) is involved. Will look at it again in 6 month’s time for the next dividend payout. 😀
