LMIR @ $0.49

Sell @ $0.49. Contra off as due today. Also, unable to pay as no cash left after dumping all into applying for CLT IPO today. Buyer ’05’ – UOBKH  ðŸ˜€

FCT @ $1.33

Buy @ $1.33. Trading buy only as yield is only 5.744% and not within my current tgt range. 😀

LionApac @ $0.455

Sell @ $0.455. Decided to sell all as it’s near to cash value of 47ct. Let others make the difference should it go up further to NAV of 54ct. Buyers are all from local brokerage, ’05’ – UOBKH, ’21’ – Kim Eng, ’29’ – DBS, ’20’ – Phillip, may be a sign of ignorant retail investors not looking beyond the 15ct div or thinking it’s a recurring thing. Won’t be looking at this stock again unless there’s a big discount to it’s cash. 😀

M1 @ $2.08

Buy @ $2.08. See if can sell before xd on 14-Apr. If not, then hold for the 7.2ct div and avg down my older ones. A good reason to hold is, with the new ruling by IDA on Pay-TV (no more exclusive stranglehold on contents by any single provider), M1 has the most to gain and very likely, they’ll also start to offer such services. Seller ’29’ – DBSV. 😀

SPAusNet @ $1.18

Sell @ $1.18. Decided to contra off as due today. Also, free up some cash first in case I want to apply for CLT IPO. 😀

9:45am
Sell @ $1.18. Decided to sell another batch. My recent purchase is left with the $1.18 ones.

LMIR @ $0.48

Buy @ $0.48. My risk getting bigger with heavier exposure! Seller ’73’ – Macquarie.

16:03:55 0.480 10,000 Buy Up
15:54:12 0.480 90,000 Sell Down

SingPost @ $1.06

Buy @ $1.06. More inclined to be a short term trade till results announcement or worst case till xd. Only 5.896% yield, but am expecting it to be slightly better after their FY results. Am expecting dividend to be more than 2.5ct of last 2 years as their EPS is stronger this year. So many different sellers, ’84’ – UBS, ’71’ – Nomura and ’31’ – DMG,  all selling in small lots! I thought window dressing is already over. 🙂

Q110 – Close

My portfolio (at cost) of S'pore stks for Q110 close,

Portfolio-Q110

The STI closed at 2887.46, -0.35% fm end 2009. Using cost as a ref, my portfolio stats (vs 2009),

  • Size : +0.41%
  • Realised Profit/Loss : +2.29% (Profits : +0.78% ; Div : +1.50%)
  • Unrealised Profit/Loss : +3.90% (+5.24% if remove 2009 carry fwd)
  • Net Portfolio Performance :
  • – At Cost : 3.90% + 2.29% = +6.18%
  • – At End-2009 Mkt Value : 5.24% + 2.29% = +7.53%

So, +7.53% vs -0.35% (STI), quite an incredibly good performance after the poor performance in 2009. For reference, this would have been +5.03% if I'd included both GTC and MPS.

Changes in portfolio (vs Q409),

  • New Additions : Lion Apac, LMIR
  • Increases : HLFin, SPAusNet
  • Decreases : Thomson, AIMSAMPIREIT, Cambridge, SPH, FSL
  • No Change : CitySpring, FrasersComm, SBSTransit, M1, GTC, Rickmers, StarHill Gbl, StarHub, MacCookPSF, SingPost
  • No More : None
