Suntec @ $1.01

Buy @ $1.01. Got to buy some high yield stocks as my projected annual dividend yield has dropped a lot due to selling and lower payouts. Seller ’84’ – CitiGroup. 😀

Bot’ more @ $0.995, in Q since 3:38pm. Didn’t expect the sellers to clear the $1 queue which had more than 3000 lots earlier. Seller ’31’ – DMG.

Thomson @ $0.55

Sell @ $0.55. Suddenly got buyer even as STI is -20 (2622), putting in 20 lots in the buy queue everytime it gets cleared. Perhaps they are buying ahead of the coming end-Aug results or doing month end window dressing. Since I have a lot of excess, decided to take some profits. Buyer ’28’ – OCBC. 😀

Sell @ $1.40. My last lots. Again, sell at a loss (profit after 3 dividend payouts) as I think the yield is not that good (5%++). The power of IR or fund manager? Buyer ’73’ – MacQuarie. 😀

Sell @ $2.85. Last of my recent buys, left the older expensive ones. Decided to exit as the yield is not up to my expectations. Buyer ’26’ – BNP, seems like buying 1 lot every few mins. 😀

CDL H-Trust @ $1.35

Sell @ $1.35. Sold at a loss based on cost but slight profit if take into acct 3 div payouts of 14.48ct. See if I can buy back lower and use creative acctg to recognise as Sell Hi – Buy Low. If can’t then too bad as I feel the yield is not very attractive now (if hold, got to keep for capital gains as the worst seems to be over for them and not dividend play – my fav approach). Buyer ’73’ – MacQuarie 😀

Subscribe @ $0.095. Applied and got some excess rights (will help to bring down my average cost), looks like the nos. alloted is dependent on your original holdings. Alloted 5 lots to TY and 12 lots to me. 😀

Sell @ $2.81. Last day of cd, decided to reduce my hldgs as the yield is too low for my liking (they may increase the payout in 2H if EPS is maintained). Buyer ’78’ – ML patiently buying all that appear at this price. 😀
