SBSTransit @ $1.85

Buy @ $1.85. Buy back since I have cash now after having sold so many stocks the past week. Last day of cd today and as it’d gone up quite a bit since their good results, others may be taking profit (recent trend is after xd, share price drops more than div – but now mkt is so bullish, I think this time it may be different). Yield is not that great (<4%) but the worst may be over for them. Boon Lay Hub may add more retail space for them when it opens in Dec. 😀

Sell @ $1.09. STI +48 (2592), following DJIA +155.9 last Friday. Everything’s up, good time to sell and perhaps switch to other stocks. Buyer ’84’ – UBS seems to be collecting patiently, even tho’ vol is low. 😀

StarHub @ $2.15

Sell @ $2.15. Contra off all. Q’d at 11am (was going out as busy day) and done by 11:15am! Read in forum that one analyst says StarHub and SingTel will likely do a joint bid for EPL broadcast rights. Buyer ’82’ – Morgan Stanley. 😀

KREIT @ $1.05

Sell @ $1.05. Free up some cash as I’m thinking of buying more StarHub and Suntec to avg down. May also buy back if it drops. Buyer ’84’ – UBS Q’d a block of 50 lots 😀

FCOT @ $0.18

Sell @ $0.18. Yield (Proforma – Rights) @ 5.889%, almost on par with CMT! Am betting that it’ll drop to $0.15 or lower (TERP was $0.131 for 8% yield) when the new rights shares are listed. Will use creative accounting so that I won’t recognise a big loss based on my buy price (will offset the profit from the rights shares @ $0.095 against the cost of the original shares)! Buyer ’31’ – DMG. 😀

StarHub @ $2.13

Buy @ $2.13. STI -41 (2526), not sure if major correction. This time round, just xd, so, may drop even further. Itchy finger went to Q and got done when someone sold 100lots. Seller ’31’ – DMG. 😀

Buy @ $0.975. Partially done, some more in Q but may not get done as price has gone up to $0.985/$0.99. 😀

SBSTransit @ $1.868

Sell @ $1.87 and $1.86. Decided to sell to buyer at $1.86 but the same time that I keyed in, someone else keyed in to buy at $1.87, so I benefitted! No choice but got to sell as I need to start raising $$ for the coming CitySpring rights issue. Also, STI is -58 (2573) now due to news of more banks failing in US. 😀
