SPH @ $4.48

Buy @ $4.48. Don’t know why dropped so much (-$0.16) with very high vol! Re-enter and see how 😀

Q207 Close

My portfolio (at cost) of S’pore stks (I hv excluded M’sia stks) for Q207 close,

The STI closed at 3548.20, +18.83% fm end 2006. Using cost as a ref, my portfolio stats (vs 2006),

  1. Size : +37.51%
  2. Realised Profit/Loss : +13.44% (Profits : +9.54% ; Div : +3.90%)
  3. Unrealised Profit/Loss : +44.00% (+12.88% if remove 2006 carry fwd)
  4. Net Portfolio Performance : 13.44% + 12.88% = 26.32%

So, 26.32% vs 18.83% (STI), better than STI. If we remove the div component, then 22.42% vs 18.83% (STI), still better.

Changes in portfolio (vs Q107),

  1. New Additions : SingFood, M1, MacCookIREIT
  2. Increases : MacCookPSF, CitySpring, SembMarine, FirstREIT, Cambridge
  3. Decreases : SPH, SPAus
  4. No Change : ThomsonMed
  5. No More : Metro, SingPost

M1 @ $2.18

Sell @ $2.18. Been buying too much stks lately, better sell some to reduce exposure 🙂

MacCookPSF @ $1.38

Buy @ $1.38. Just xd but this AM’s annc was that fm Sep-07 Q, their annual DPS will be increased fm A9.5ct to A10.5ct. My rough est. is that Yield will be 9%+. May collect some more 😀

M1 @ $2.15

Buy @ $2.15. Yield @ 6.186% ; PE @ 12.95. New collection, can be short term or long term depending on mkt direction 😀

SFI @ $0.935

Buy @ $0.935. In Q since morning, just got done. Yield is 5%+. Temasek 70% owner and rather illiquid. Laggard to the mkt as profit down for FY06 due to S’pore operations, but shld show good recovery (S’pore ops) this year. >50% biz comes fm overseas, mainly Britain. A quick glance at their financials and what I don’t quite like is their 50% gearing and big increase in expenses, likely due to their acquisitions in UK. This is my beach-head purchase and I shld be collecting more at lower prices 😀

CitySpring @ $1.33

Buy @ $1.33. Yield @ 4.459%. Throw in more good money after bad money. Let’s see how’s their performance fee for this Q, am expecting a large deficit 😀
