Sell @ $4.68. Good run up today +0.14. Left with only odd lots, can only sit and watch fm now 😀

Sell @ $1.27. xri today and dropped fm $1.31. My est is that xri price shld be $1.22 to $1.235 based on rights exercise price of $1 to $1.05 adn the rights shld trade at $0.185 to $0.22. Let’s see what’s the outcome and will grab some rights if the price is at a good discount 😀

Buy @ $0.955. Yield @ 6.090%, back to 2nd best yielding REIT as others hv gone up more. More for short term play but can also keep for long term if stuck. The last time I sold in April at $0.88 😀

Buy @ $1.28. Yield @ 5.070%. Rights issues 2-for-5, xri on 26-Jun. Am expecting better half year div as A$ is strong. Must be crazy after selling at $1.27 recently! 😀

Buy @ $3.34. Rumours circulating in mkt that Temasek is planning to place out shares is contributing to the drop fm $3.5x to current level. Start a new collection but may be short term while awaiting their div dates 😀
