Sell @ $1.93. Sold all my recent buys as my intention was for short term as I’d explained in our forum (the private thread). Interesting thing is it went xd at ASX on 6-Jun (SGX is 11-Jun) and it dropped more than the DPU. Now A$1.425 or aro’ S$1.815 (DPU aro’ S$0.07), so price shld be closer to S$1.885! 😀

Sell @ $1.94. Some of my older buys were sold at $1.94 during the 5pm matching. Was first in the Q since morning! 😀

M1 @ $2.21

Buy @ $2.21. Q’d earlier and done during the 5pm matching. Buy at just below the recent $2.22 1-for-10 Capital Reduction price. Yield is 6.018% using last year’s DPS. Am expecting a slightly better mid-yr DPS (last yr 5.8ct). Refer to www.yieldstocks.blogspot.com for div data. May sell off in short term but may also buy more if it drops further 😀

Buy @ $1.27. Yield @ 5.11%. Bullish reports posted by David at SREIT blog, better grab some, but STI -44 due to China down (increased tax fm 0.1% to 0.3% implemented to cool their stk mkt).

Sell @ $0.255. Been hldg this since Sep-00 fm IPO placement @ $0.225. Was below IPO price till only recently when they proposed a 1-for-5 bonus issue. Only got a few lots, decided to sell 😀

Buy @ $1.83. Yield is 7.255% based on last payout in S$ but shld be closer to 7.7% using current A$ exchange rate. Still, it’s aro’ 10ct higher than my original tgt buy price 😀

Sell @ $3.40. Contra off all (my broker allows me T+5 for contra). Will buy again if it drops back 😀
