Buy @ RM0.955. Buy at a higher price as only partially done on Fri. Wanted to clear my RM trust acct as not earning any interest. With Tower, am expecting 7%+ div yield (net aro’ 6% after 15% witholding tax) 😀

Cambridge @ $0.82

Buy @ $0.82. Yield @ 6.88%. Q107 DPU may be lower if acquisition costs were recognised. Never mind, replenish my stocks 😀

SingPost @ $1.16

Sell @ $1.16. Sold all as STI -80, and SingPost is still strong (-$0.01). See if I can buy back at previous prices or switch to other yield stocks / REITs 😀

FirstREIT @ $0.755

Buy @ $0.755. Yield @ 8.623%. Am expecting a maiden div of at least 2cts, comprising of some carried fwd fm ’06. Hope I’m rgt! 😀

Cambridge @ $0.835

Buy @ $0.835. Yield @ 6.757%. Results shld be flat but the recent completion of their acquisitions will improve yield (my est. +0.14%) a bit in the coming quarters. Selling by major s/h seems to hv stopped (I hope!). Let’s hope the IPO for MI-REIT (Yield @ 6.175%) will positively impact Cambridge, tho’ I think more likely not! 😀
