Suntec @ $1.30

Sell @ $1.30. Yield 5.277%. Results due on 26-Apr-06 and shld be better than last Q as full impact of Park Mall and CHIJMES is expected. Still, yield is now not as attractive compared to MMP and AllCo, both close to 6%.

AllCo @ $0.955

Buy @ $0.955. Yield is 6.042%. 4th day since listing and price had been dropping fm $1 IPO price (intraday hi was $1.02 on 1st day). May hv bot’ too early as Credit Suisse hv been the buyer of more than 50% of units traded since listing date and their ‘war chest’ just ran out today, ie. no more stabilising action fm tomom. Buy @ $1.50. Yield aro’ 8.372%. Now, -14.29% fm IPO ($1.75), with A$ Exchange Rate at 1.15952 (-8.56% fm IPO rate 1.26812) and is last traded @ A$1.30 (-5.8% fm IPO $1.38) in ASX. My biggest collection ever 😀
