Buy @ $2.68. Strong recommendations by TC and David as there’s a 10ct div and 1-for-20 Capital Reduction @ $2.74 😀

MIIF @ $0.93

Buy @ $0.93. Recent Q1 results doesn’t look too good to me, with EPS of 0.89ct, makes me wonder how they are going to pay the 1H div forecast of 3.95cts. But, in their SGX announcement, the mgmt says that the Q1 results are better than their previous forecast, so, let’s take some short term risk there 😀

Sell @ $0.93. Need some free cash as other stks hv dropped in price looks more attractive now.

Suntec @ $1.31

Sell @ $1.31. Yield is 5.237%. That’s the last of my hldgs. Altho’ there may be some more upside for Suntec when compared with CMT (same retail cum office assets) which is gives yield of 4.689% @ $2.35, my original objective was for the yield. I hv thus switched to MMP which offers close to 6% yield. 😀
