Buy @ $2.03. Yield @ 5.438%. Must be news of Interbank 3mths SIBOR at a high causing those “over-priced” REITs to be affected. Hv not seen CMT at this price for quite a long while now. Short term trade, hope it doesn’t become a long term hold, haha 😀

Buy @ $0.84. Now 9.405% projected yield at 3.95ct projected div for 1H06 and 9.524% at 4ct (2H06 projected div). Getting cheaper by the day! 😀
