Buy back some. Hit a low of $3.83, unchanged. STI -43.6 @ 3153.06… 😀

Buy back… drop so much from $1.455 last close and Private Placement @ $1.48… 😀

Partially done @ $1.625, only a bit… Quickly grabbed some more @ $1.63 when it started moving up… Big drop from $1.705 last close, even tho' STI only -9.71… Closed @ $1.66… 😀

Contra off 2 recent buys, one at a loss, but profitable when combined… Prices jumped a few bids during 5pm matching, having hovered between $1.425 to $1.44 the whole day… No choice, running low on free cash… 😀

New addition to portfolio. 1H Results were out before mkt opened. A quick look at the financials and decided to Jump-Q during AM matching as price were much lower and US mkt was flat the night before… no big fears aro’…. But, STI opened weak and was -60 at one point before closing -47.02 @ 3202.50 (Most Asia mkts were +ve, except for China, continuing it’s drop..). OCBC price was surprisingly strong, compared to DBS & UOB… 😀

Slowly adding back… Hit a low of $1.425… Note that 40% of assets are in Australia & the weakening A$ will be a concern… The +ve is the $44.8m (5.7ct/share)  to be rx by 1-Oct as Hotel consideration… 😀
